Position Overview

As a Customer Service & Sales Growth Representative at arenaflex, you will start with a curated list of prospective clients that already have approved contracts with their parent companies. Your primary mission will be to activate these accounts quickly, while also hunting for fresh business opportunities in your assigned territory. The role is fully remote, with occasional hybrid meetings in our Royal Oak, MI office, giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Activation & Closing: Secure new business by closing deals with assigned prospects and expanding existing relationships.
  • Stakeholder Outreach: Design and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including email, cold calling, and in‑person visits—to generate qualified leads.
  • Prospect Nurturing: Build trust through consistent follow‑up, turning leads into active customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Onboarding & Data Management: Capture and document client location details, contract terms, and contact information in our CRM system.
