About arenaflex – Pioneering Global Entertainment Experiences

arenaflex is a world‑leading streaming and entertainment platform that connects millions of viewers to the stories they love. Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled viewing experience by combining cutting‑edge technology, creative storytelling, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. As a fast‑growing company, arenaflex invests heavily in its people, culture, and continuous learning, ensuring that every team member can thrive while shaping the future of entertainment.

Why This Role Matters

In the heart of arenaflex’s Customer Service (CS) ecosystem lies a critical need for accurate, efficient, and insightful data entry combined with robust learning and development (L&D) support. As a Data Entry & Learning Operations Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our outsourced call centers and the global L&D team, ensuring that data flows seamlessly, training programs are meticulously managed, and performance insights drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Coordination

  • Define, document, and maintain the scope of all regional L&D initiatives, creating detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced call‑center partners, overseeing the successful rollout of training programs and ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader CS L&D team and internal stakeholders to synchronize priorities, share resources, and mitigate risks.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.

Data Entry & Quality Assurance

  • Accurately capture high‑volume operational data from multiple call‑center locations, ensuring completeness and compliance with data governance standards.
  • Perform routine data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to guarantee the integrity of performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, agent productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, presenting actionable insights to the L&D and CS leadership teams.

Learning Content Development & Curriculum Design

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses using a blend of quantitative data, stakeholder interviews, and performance gap assessments.
  • Partner with subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to design and author engaging learning materials, including facilitator guides, learner handbooks, slide decks, job aids, and knowledge checks.
  • Develop multi‑modal training solutions— instructor‑led, virtual instructor‑led, e‑learning, blended, and micro‑learning—to address both technical and behavioral skill gaps.
  • Pilot new curriculum components, gather feedback, iterate on content, and measure learning impact through post‑training assessments and performance metrics.

Facilitation & Train‑the‑Trainer Delivery

  • Deliver high‑impact training sessions—both in‑person and virtual—to diverse audiences ranging from frontline agents to senior managers.
  • Lead train‑the‑trainer workshops that empower local training leads to co‑facilitate and sustain curriculum delivery across multiple sites.
  • Utilize adult‑learning principles, interactive activities, and real‑world scenarios to maximize knowledge retention and skill transfer.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with regional CS leaders, outsourced partners, and cross‑functional teams such as Product, Analytics, and HR.
  • Act as the voice of the regional L&D team, advocating for resources, highlighting success stories, and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities.
  • Facilitate regular governance meetings, capture decisions, and track action items to ensure accountability and progress.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Leverage data‑driven insights to recommend enhancements to training delivery models, content formats, and performance support tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in L&D, data analytics, and customer service operations, introducing innovative approaches that keep arenaflex at the forefront of the entertainment sector.
  • Champion a culture of feedback, encouraging learners and partners to share ideas that shape future learning experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions for contact‑center environments, including onboarding, skill‑building, and leadership development programs.
  • Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end training projects, from needs analysis through curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills, with experience maintaining large datasets, performing quality checks, and generating actionable reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with experience delivering instructor‑led and virtual training to audiences of 10‑200 participants.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Background in content or knowledge management, including taxonomy development and information architecture.
  • Exposure to global, multicultural teams and the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
  • Passion for entertainment technology and an understanding of the streaming industry landscape.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate findings into strategic learning initiatives.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, influence without authority, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
