Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance
  • Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop product knowledge and maintain a professional online presence
  • Work independently, managing multiple chats and contributing to a positive customer experience
  • Utilize tools such as Facebook Messenger to communicate with customers
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
