Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual - Spanish and English, you'll be responsible for

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services
  • Utilizing your language skills to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish and English
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
