• Reaching out to inbound leads within 24 hours and opening admissions discussions via telephone
• Articulating Unbound Academy's virtual learning structure and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
• Sustaining disciplined follow-up to transition families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment
• Recording all touchpoints in a CRM system with precise notes, planned next actions, and current pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and generate prospective leads

• Allowing inbound inquiries to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on rigid call scripts or functioning in a high-volume transactional call center environment
• Participating in events without actively engaging attendees or cultivating new leads

• Located in Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role involving direct customer interaction
• Background working with children or families through schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings
• Confident initiating frequent phone outreach and guiding families through processes with multiple steps
• Demonstrated verbal communication capabilities and the ability to establish rapport rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Track record of organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
