Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Locations

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have and ensuring that they leave our locations with a smile on their face.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when needed
• Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored What it's like to work at arenaflex

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable).
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 830 a.m. and 930 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
