About the Role

You will join a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation with a clear focus on Accounts Payable, P2P, cost allocation, and tax. In this role, you will help shape how finance processes work in practice, from supplier and invoice flows to VAT handling, reporting, and subledger accounting. You will work closely with business and finance stakeholders, turning complex process needs into robust Oracle Fusion configuration. This role is especially interesting if you enjoy combining deep process expertise with hands-on ERP design in a complex finance environment.

Job Description

You will drive the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, including supplier management and invoice processing. You will shape payment processing, bank account management, and payment approval workflows. You will support the integration of Oracle Expenses / Travel and Expense into the AP process. You will configure VAT handling within Oracle Fusion AP and help ensure support for Finnish and EU VAT compliance. You will work with three-way matching processes and purchase order integration across the P2P flow. You will develop and refine tax reporting and reconciliation processes within Oracle Fusion Finance. You will handle withholding tax and expense-related tax setup and process alignment. You will configure cost allocation methods and subledger accounting to support accurate financial processing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes, system setup, and finance requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of full-time experience as an Accounts Payables and taxation process consultant on large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects Deep business process understanding of P2P, AP, subledger accounting, and taxation Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable module configuration, including supplier management and invoice processing Experience with payment processing, bank account management, and payment approval workflows Experience with expense management integration in Oracle Expenses / Travel and Expense Strong knowledge of tax configuration for VAT handling within Oracle Fusion AP Experience with Oracle Fusion Tax module configuration, including tax regimes, rates, and rules for Finnish and EU VAT compliance Experience with three-way matching, purchase order integration, tax reporting and reconciliation, withholding tax, expense-related tax handling, cost allocation methods, and SLA configuration Fluent written and spoken English
