Business Process Analyst Associate
General Dynamics Information Technology is a global technology and professional services company that delivers consulting, technology and mission services to every major agency across the U.S. government. The Business Process Analyst Associate will perform operational duties to support compliance documentation and facilitate resolutions of operational issues while integrating relationships between business units and corporate functions.

- US Citizenship Required
- Detail-oriented, with strong, effective organizational, analytical, problem solving and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be a self-starter, with the ability to think strategically, work independently and as a team member, and work well under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (or equivalent) or equivalent years of experience
- Experience: 0+ years
- 1-2 years of reporting and analytics experience
- Prior experience utilizing database tools and report writing tools such as MS Access a plus
- Technical skills: MS Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts & graphs, exposure to Power BI, and Tableau
