As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include

  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Appropriately communicating with customers
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • 6 months Customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements
  • Internet Connection Requirements + Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
