arenaflex is seeking a motivated Remote Data Entry Consultant to become an integral part of our Global Equity team. This entry‑level role focuses on supporting equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, stock option administration, and related data‑management processes. Key Responsibilities
- Data Auditing & Compliance: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans and stock purchase plans.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process the release of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock purchase plan (SPP) matching ratio awards.
- Equity Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to guarantee correct and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
