Role Overview

The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics is a senior leadership position that blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership team, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of adversarial abuse detection, mitigation, and analytics across the arenaflex platform. You will lead cross‑functional teams, influence product roadmaps, and partner with global stakeholders to protect users from malicious activity while driving actionable insights from massive data sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying, investigating, and neutralizing threats such as account takeovers, spam, fraudulent engagement, and emerging AI‑generated abuse patterns.
• Oversee the Analytics function that quantifies abuse impact, builds dashboards, and delivers transparent reports to internal partners and external regulators.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed safety signals into core platform features and new product launches.
• Develop and execute rapid‑response playbooks for high‑severity incidents, ensuring 24/7 coverage across time zones.
