Your Role: Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound interactions via telephone and digital channels. This on-site position is based at our Valdosta, GA location, where you will provide professional customer service support, troubleshoot routine problems, and resolve inquiries related to client products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Help customers diagnose and resolve technical issues with patience, clarity, and professionalism
  • Assist in identifying, investigating, and correcting billing concerns while maintaining accuracy and empathy
  • Deliver expert customer experiences that leave lasting positive impressions—always with a genuine smile

Your Qualifications and Skills for Success

Essential Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED (required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting (preferred, but not always required for the right candidate)
  • Must reside within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta, GA site
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • The ability to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet
  • A genuine passion for helping others and a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Competencies

  • Previous experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Multilingual abilities (a plus, but not required)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or escalated situations
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies

Physical and Mental Requirements

While performing the duties of this on-site role, the employee will be regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other standard office equipment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, though it requires sustained mental focus, active listening, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
