Position Overview: Customer Care Professional – Consumer Product Services

As a Customer Care Professional on our Consumer Product Services team within the Customer Engagement Network at arenaflex, you will serve as the face of our brand. This is more than a customer service job; it is a chance to consult with card members, tailor personalized solutions, and reinforce the value of membership through every conversation. You will play a critical role in curating unique lifestyle and travel experiences, helping customers with reward redemptions, and deepening engagement through consultative selling.

How You Will Make an Impact at arenaflex

As a key member of the arenaflex Customer Engagement Network, you will help propel your team and our business partners to continued success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Extraordinary Service: Provide exceptional service on inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment by consistently applying our Customer First philosophy.
  • Consultative Engagement: Engage with card members to deeply understand their needs and tailor unique solutions for each customer, reinforcing the benefits of card membership and providing relevant product offers that deepen customer engagement and deliver measurable value.
  • Sales Excellence: Continuously sharpen your selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales with confidence and authenticity.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address general and account-specific customer inquiries with clarity, providing concise and accurate information while updating customer account information as needed.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Use tools, resources, and product knowledge to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, maintaining our commitment to first-point-of-contact resolution.
  • Performance Achievement: Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer survey results, sales rates, quality benchmarks, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

  • Proven Customer Service Success: Two or more years of experience in a customer service and consultative sales environment, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and Compliance: A strong sense of integrity to manage sensitive card member information and a commitment to adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.

  • Resilience and Adaptability: The ability to efficiently manage a steady stream of customer calls while balancing performance metrics, effectively navigating change, and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.

  • Commitment to Growth: A demonstrated commitment to implementing feedback as a means of achieving individual and team performance goals.

Additional Requirements

  • Schedule Flexibility: The ability to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Workplace Flexibility: This is a full-time role. Shift flexibility is required to meet business needs.
  • Location: This position is based in Sunrise, Florida.

Salary Information

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.65 per hour, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Ultimately, your specific pay will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
