Job Description

Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large enterprise virtual desktop (VDI) environment
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex performance issues
Provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues
Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability
Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies
Maintain an advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies
Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions Requirements
Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
Master’s degree + 7 years experience OR 16 years experience
Experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage and Virtual Desktops
Experience managing and administering Windows Servers
Experience with Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix
Experience in VDI profile management
Endpoint protection, policy management and application of STIGs
AVD integration with Office 365 services
Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services
