Business Development Manager - Staffing
MUST HAVE: Current Staffing Agency 360 or 180 Business Development Experience
- *2+ years Business Development Experience in Staffing is Required **
Location: Remote in Austin or Houston Texas Our client, a growing and well-established staffing agency, is seeking an experienced 360 or 180 Sales Engineering Recruiter to join their fully remote team Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries requiring engineering talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and other sourcing tools
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience required - Business Development is a Must
- Proven experience placing engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, etc)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote setting
