Job Title Archer GRC Developer Location Atlanta, GA (Onsite preferred / Remote option available for the right fit) Duration Long-Term Contract / Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled GRC Developer with deep expertise in the Archer GRC platform to join a dynamic banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical architecture and business risk requirements, managing high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Archer Customization Design, configure, and implement Archer GRC solutions tailored to banking compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Data Integration Utilize strong data analysis and ETL skills to manage metadata, build data warehouses, and support business intelligence solutions.
  • SDLC Management Oversee the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from architecture and design to troubleshooting in a multi-tier environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with both business stakeholders and technical team members to translate risk requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Documentation Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, data models, and system designs. Required Qualifications & Experience Education & Base Experience
  • Degree Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience Minimum 3+ years of related experience including data design, project management, and working with multiple programming languages. Technical Skills & Core Competencies
  • GRC Platform Proven expertise with the Archer GRC platform is a must.
  • Data & ETL Strong data analysis, Master Data Management (MDM), Governance, and ETL skills.
  • Software Engineering Solid understanding of software best practices, development methodologies, and multiple programming languages.
  • Data Warehousing Experience understanding and building data warehouses for analytical/BI solutions.
  • Project Delivery Ability to manage multiple projects with large data volumes in a rapidly changing environment. Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)
  • Industry Prior experience in the Banking / Financial Services industry.
  • Certifications MCSE, MCDBA, CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), or a relevant Business Intelligence designation.
  • Databases Hands-on knowledge of database design and modeling using MySQL, Oracle, or System DB.
