Sr. Business Coach , DSP Business Coach Team

Worldwide Salaried Open

About the position Equal parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon’s team of Business Coaches assist and guide our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business owners as they build and grow successful last mile package delivery businesses. The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the flexibility and quality of its delivery network in the Americas—to help fuel a $4B investment in rural communities bringing even faster delivery to our millions of customers in less densely populated areas. This role’s primary focus is supporting DSP operations across the broader Americas delivery network, with particular emphasis on rural market expansion and mature-state optimization. Specifically, BCs support DSPs in making business decisions that enable them to build healthy, sustainable businesses. As trusted advisors, Business Coaches work alongside DSPs, supporting business planning and strategy and helping owners address business and operational challenges. What You’ll Do As Senior Business Coach (BC), you will manage a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners within the Amazon delivery network. With the evolution of delivery modes and rural expansion planned for 2026, and continued strategic expansion into 2027, this role is integral to our program's evolution. Sr. BCs provide strategic guidance to DSP owners throughout their business life-cycle of their relationship with Amazon—from pre-launch preparation through mature-state optimization. You will facilitate solution-oriented approaches to remove business obstacles and drive continuous improvement in financial performance, operational efficiency, and safety standards across the network. The position requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations managers, program directors, compliance officers, legal counsel, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement data-driven recommendations that create meaningful change both internally and externally. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and primary account manager, combining strategic insight with practical business acumen to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across the DSP network.
