Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with delivering best-in-class service on every inbound call while proactively identifying ways to add value to each card member's experience. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer care — Handle a steady stream of inbound calls in a structured, fast-paced environment, consistently following our Customer First philosophy to exceed expectations.
  • Consultative engagement — Build genuine rapport with card members to understand their unique needs, then tailor personalized solutions that reinforce the value of their membership.
  • Driving measurable value — Identify and present relevant product offers and benefits that deepen customer engagement and result in tangible outcomes for card members.
  • Mastering sales fundamentals — Continuously sharpen your selling skills, including rapport-building, needs assessment, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Resolving inquiries with precision — Address both general and account-specific questions clearly and concisely, maintaining accurate customer records throughout each interaction.
  • Leveraging tools and resources — Use proprietary systems to anticipate customer needs, identify custom solutions, and achieve first-point-of-contact resolution.
  • Meeting and exceeding goals — Achieve and surpass performance targets related to customer satisfaction surveys, sales conversion rates, quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and productivity metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service and consultative sales experience — A minimum of two years in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of building loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and resourceful problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills — Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Integrity and discretion — The professionalism to handle sensitive card member information and the diligence to adhere strictly to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Passion for consultative selling — A genuine enthusiasm for recommending products and solutions that genuinely benefit the customer, not just meet quotas.
  • Resilience and adaptability — The mental fortitude to manage a steady call volume while balancing multiple performance metrics, embracing change, and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Emotional intelligence — The ability to read the room, adapt your communication style to a wide range of personalities, and connect authentically with diverse customers.

Additional Requirements

  • Schedule flexibility — Availability to work anytime between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends, based on business needs.
  • Education — High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Workplace model — Full-time position with on-site, hybrid, or virtual arrangements depending on role and business requirements.
  • Location — This position is based in Sunrise, Florida.
  • Employment eligibility — Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. arenaflex will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
