- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with beverage dispensing systems through remote diagnostic tools and customer communication
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition by providing remote technical support and guidance
- Coordinate equipment logistics and movement when necessary, guiding customers through proper procedures for preventative maintenance, software updates, and corrective actions

Essential Qualifications
