Position Overview – Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our digital service team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our passengers, delivering world‑class support, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the design of next‑generation service platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop proof‑of‑concept (PoC) and minimum viable product (MVP) tasks to validate new architectures and solutions.
  • Write, review, and maintain high‑quality code across front‑end and back‑end technologies, participating actively in peer code reviews.
  • Analyze user requirements to translate them into scalable software designs and performance specifications.
  • Debug existing applications, identify root causes, and implement robust fixes.
  • Provide guidance on improving documentation standards and software development process best practices.

Essential Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

  • Strong experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or Django).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with arenaflex Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFront.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
