Why This Role Matters

As the Senior HR Business Partner for our Remote Data Entry teams, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Human Resources and the business units that power arenaflex’s data‑intensive operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our talent strategy aligns with rapid product development cycles, supports continuous learning, and drives a high‑performance culture across the organization.

Role Overview

Reporting to the HR Leadership Council, you will partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and execute HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent for arenaflex’s data entry, content management, and analytics functions. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs, develop headcount plans, and align workforce strategy with product roadmaps and market demands.
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to design compelling recruitment campaigns, ensure a seamless hiring experience, and meet aggressive hiring targets for remote data entry roles.
  • Employee Development & Learning: Identify skill gaps, design learning pathways, and coordinate with Learning & Development partners to deliver upskilling programs that keep the workforce future‑ready.
  • Performance Management & Coaching: Guide managers on performance cycles, provide coaching on feedback delivery, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • DEI Integration: Work closely with DEI councils to embed inclusive practices into hiring, onboarding, and career progression, ensuring diverse talent pipelines.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Lead initiatives that restructure teams, streamline processes, and support rapid scaling while minimizing disruption.
  • Data‑Driven HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Employee Relations & Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Build strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal—to drive integrated solutions without formal authority.
  • Project Leadership: Own HR projects such as onboarding revamps, talent mobility programs, and leadership development initiatives, delivering results on time and within scope.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably within a technology‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in an “influence without authority” capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing ambiguous situations, navigating competing priorities, and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry.
  • Background in workforce planning for data‑intensive functions such as content ingestion, metadata management, or analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI initiatives and experience leading inclusive hiring programs.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future talent needs, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Consultative Influence: Skilled at building credibility, fostering trust, and guiding leaders through change without direct authority.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in interpreting HR metrics, identifying trends, and delivering data‑driven recommendations.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and compelling storytelling for both executive presentations and day‑to‑day interactions.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, high‑growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaboration: Strong partnership mindset, working seamlessly across functional teams and geographic locations.
  • Employee‑Centric Mindset: Passion for creating positive employee experiences, from onboarding to career development.
