Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the front line of our pet pharmacy, providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and solution‑focused support to pet parents who contact us via phone, chat, or email. This role is not about following scripts; it’s about listening, diagnosing, and delivering personalized assistance that exceeds expectations while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers, handling inbound calls and digital communications with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably within retail, e‑commerce, or healthcare support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check and eligibility for a Kentucky Rx Tech license.
