Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of data‑entry and customer‑service training programs for our outsourced call‑center partners in the Latin America region. This full‑time role, based remotely in the United States, will serve as the strategic liaison between arenaflex’s regional Learning & Development (L&D) team and external training providers, ensuring that every learning initiative drives measurable performance improvements and aligns with arenaflex’s broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Scope Definition: Draft, document, and maintain comprehensive scopes for all regional L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s strategic priorities.
  • Project Planning: Create, track, and update detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each learning program.
  • Partner Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with outsourced call‑center partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all training‑related activities.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment: Work closely with arenaflex’s global L&D team, regional operations, and product stakeholders to guarantee consistency and relevance across all learning interventions.

Learning Content Development & Instructional Design

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses using performance data, stakeholder feedback, and industry benchmarks to identify learning opportunities.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop and curate engaging, multi‑modal training curricula (in‑person, virtual instructor‑led, e‑learning, blended) that address both technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Content Creation: Author facilitator guides, learner manuals, slide decks, job aids, and assessments in collaboration with subject‑matter experts (SMEs).
  • Quality Assurance: Pilot new learning solutions, gather feedback, iterate on content, and measure impact through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first‑call resolution, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Facilitation & Train‑the‑Trainer Delivery

  • Instructional Delivery: Conduct live training sessions—both virtual and on‑site—for call‑center supervisors, team leads, and frontline agents.
  • Train‑the‑Trainer Programs: Equip internal training champions with the skills and resources needed to cascade learning throughout their respective locations.
  • Co‑Facilitation: Partner with regional leaders to co‑deliver workshops, ensuring relevance to local market nuances.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with arenaflex’s regional CS leadership, ensuring L&D initiatives are fully integrated into broader business strategies.
  • Governance Frameworks: Develop and enforce governance processes for data collection, reporting, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
  • Business Impact Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for future learning investments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions for call‑center or customer‑service environments.
  • Proven track record of creating onboarding, up‑skill, and leadership development programs that drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences ranging from new hires to senior managers.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with large‑scale data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform learning strategy.
  • Background in designing curriculum for retail, service, or contact‑center leadership development.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt learning solutions quickly based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Exposure to multicultural, globally distributed teams and the ability to tailor content to regional nuances.
  • Passion for emerging learning technologies such as micro‑learning, virtual reality (VR) simulations, or AI‑driven personalization.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable learning interventions.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication—both written and verbal—across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who can build consensus, influence without authority, and foster cross‑functional partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
  • Customer‑Centric Focus: Deep empathy for both internal and external customers, ensuring learning solutions directly enhance the subscriber experience.
