What You Will Do in This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using established call flow guides and procedural documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Helping customers resolve basic technical issues with patience, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset that transforms challenges into positive interactions.
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless continuity of customer care.

Essential Requirements

  • Recent Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate status is mandatory for this requisition
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in any professional setting (retail, hospitality, healthcare administration, call center, or related field)
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent as the educational foundation
  • Some positions may require an associate degree or higher, and/or a two-year medical certification, depending on the specific program or client account
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment where you can focus fully on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and conversations simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving digital tools and platforms
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, including comfort with various software applications and web-based tools
  • A desktop or laptop computer to complete PC and internet testing; depending on the position offered, a work computer may be provided, though this is not guaranteed and will be discussed further with a recruiter
  • High-speed internet connection (no wireless hotspots or satellite connections permitted) and a smartphone for authentication and communication purposes
  • United States residency with a valid U.S. address for residence
