By partnering with engineering, product, and support teams, you will ensure that arenaflex Cloud delivers a seamless, reliable, and delightful experience that fuels customer success and long‑term loyalty.

Role Overview

In this senior‑level position, you will lead the end‑to‑end insights program for arenaflex Cloud, designing automated processes, synthesizing data, and communicating findings to drive measurable improvements. You will act as the bridge between customers and technical teams, championing a data‑driven culture that puts the customer at the center of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Insights Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze evidence‑based data from multiple sources (surveys, telemetry, support tickets, community forums). Identify recurring pain points, competitive gaps, and resilience challenges that impact the arenaflex Cloud experience.
  • Insight Report Development: Produce comprehensive insight reports that quantify the financial and operational impact of top customer issues. Present findings to engineering and product leadership with clear ROI calculations and recommended actions.
  • Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with engineering product teams to translate insights into prioritized, engineering‑backed roadmaps. Ensure transparent communication of status, timelines, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Research Guidance: Define and oversee additional research initiatives to fill evidence gaps, including deep‑dive interviews, focus groups, and online community engagement.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Lead cross‑functional “v‑teams” (virtual teams) through a predictable business cadence. Coordinate feedback loops, close the loop with partners, and maintain a unified rhythm of business.
  • Program Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine program processes, tools, and strategies. Implement automation and standardization to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for strategic customers, ensuring their voices are heard and acted upon throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Metrics & KPI Management: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), and adoption metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent practical experience).
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with arenaflex Cloud services or comparable cloud platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including statistical techniques, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex client interactions, guide customers through multi‑stage processes, and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
  • Eligibility to meet arenaflex security screening requirements, including the arenaflex Cloud background check upon hire and biennially thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 6+ years of advanced data analysis experience, preferably in a cloud‑services context.
  • 5+ years of customer‑facing experience, demonstrating a track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated systematic approach to process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or comparable workflow platforms) to streamline insight collection and reporting.
