Position Overview

As a TikTok Content Support Specialist, you'll be the voice and the problem-solver behind thousands of user interactions every day. Your primary focus will be on call support and customer assistance, helping users overcome challenges, answer questions, and make the most of their TikTok experience. You'll work with cutting-edge internal tools, collaborate with a diverse team, and play a direct role in shaping how users perceive and engage with the platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from TikTok users, addressing a wide range of inquiries including account access issues, content visibility questions, technical glitches, and feature explanations.   • Document and Escalate Complex Issues: When a problem goes beyond the scope of a single call, accurately document the situation and escalate to specialized teams for resolution. Your notes will be the foundation for long-term fixes.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Every interaction matters. You'll be expected to bring patience, active listening, and genuine empathy to each conversation, even when handling frustrated or confused users.

Essential Qualifications
