Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty (P&C) to work remotely from the United States. In this role, you will combine the art of active listening with the science of insurance sales, guiding customers through policy options, coverage details, and pricing while delivering a seamless, smile‑filled experience. This position is ideal for individuals who hold an active resident license to sell P&C insurance, are fluent in English (or bilingual in Spanish/English), and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in the United States.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Residency in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is highly desirable and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong computer literacy, comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly.
