What is Required?
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in hospice or home health environment is preferred
