Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative role is a pivotal position within our Service Business Development (BDC) team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, information about ongoing promotions, and assistance with any dealership‑related inquiries. Your primary mission is to deliver a world‑class experience that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, ultimately driving higher service lane productivity and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Master both inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure every call is answered promptly and professionally.
  • Overflow Call Handling: Seamlessly take overflow service calls, guaranteeing that no customer is left waiting.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately schedule service appointments, confirm details, and follow up to reduce no‑shows.
  • Collaboration with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers to align on customer expectations and deliver a seamless service experience.
  • System Proficiency: Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex’s dealership management systems, CRM tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Marketing & Manufacturer Updates: Stay informed about current marketing campaigns, manufacturer service bulletins, and promotional offers to provide up‑to‑date information.
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Document all interactions accurately, generate daily reports, and contribute insights that help refine BDC processes.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring each customer feels valued.

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency in Texas – only Texas residents will be considered for this role.
  • Proficiency with phone systems and computer applications; comfortable navigating multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Professional, polite, and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a world‑class customer experience.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment, specifically with appointment setting or service scheduling.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a significant plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working with automotive dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of automotive service cycles, warranty processes, and manufacturer service campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in layman’s terms.
  • Previous exposure to sales or upselling techniques within a service context.
  • Strong written communication skills for follow‑up emails and chat interactions.
  • Self‑motivation and a disciplined approach to remote work, including a dedicated home office setup.

Compensation, Benefits, and Growth Opportunities

We offer a competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in performance‑based bonuses. Our compensation package is designed to reward dedication, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule & Environment

This is a fully remote position. You will be expected to work shifts that fall between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
