Great Pay & Even Better Perks Base pay: $36.00–$38.50 per hour, based on years of experience Shift differential pay available Bonus opportunities available Flexible scheduling options Supportive leadership and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What You'll Do Lead and coordinate resident care with excellence and compassion Assess, monitor, and document resident health status Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members Mentor and support nursing assistants and fellow caregivers Help create a positive, engaging atmosphere where residents can thrive What We're Looking For Current Ohio RN license in good standing CPR Certification *Required* Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
