We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to join our Sales Team reporting to the General Manager, Germany & Austria. This role is responsible for leading the national sales organisation in Germany, driving commercial performance and building strong customer partnerships. This position provides strategic direction across sales activities while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact… Lead, coach and inspire a national team of Multi-Channel Managers and Specialists, fostering a high-performance, accountable and collaborative sales culture grounded in Evolus values (Grit, Impact, Fun, Transparency) Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent in line with organizational growth plans Own the national sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Evolus commercial and brand objectives Drive excellence in customer engagement, ensuring consistent delivery of the Evolus experience and strengthening strategic partnerships, including national and important key accounts Provide strategic input into the design and execution of key account strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Operations to deliver integrated plans Drive long-term partnership growth by optimizing multi-channel engagement strategies and maximizing customer reach and impact Elevate brand presence at congresses, events and symposia to strengthen visibility and credibility Leverage CRM data, analytics and market intelligence to support decision-making, performance tracking and resource allocation Forecast sales, track KPIs and ensure strong pipeline management and sales effectiveness discipline across the organization Identify growth opportunities, risks and commercial trends to support business planning Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements Model integrity, embody Evolus values and promote a purpose-driven, performance-focused culture Remote/Field position – Home Office – Based in Germany with frequent travel within territory Travel requirements – Up to 80% travel Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team… Bachelor's degree preferred 8 + years of relevant experience in sales leadership within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals or related industries Pharmareferent Strong understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks, including Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) and relevant national authorities Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a track record of delivering commercial results Demonstrated ability to define and execute national sales strategies and key account plans Strong commercial acumen with experience in customer engagement, negotiation and partnership development Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and organisational skills, able to translate insights into actionable plans Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in both business English and German, with the ability to communicate inclusively and effectively in both written and spoken forms, ensuring all voices are heard and understood Resilient, entrepreneurial and passionate about building, scaling and optimising performance in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications… Full clean driving license.
