Reporting to our Director Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, the BI Manager will own a number of our BI tools and work with various teams to provide insights and dashboards that answer key questions about product, marketing and revenue operations performance. You will use Tableau to make data and insights available, engaging, and informative for a variety of business users. Additionally, you will maintain our web analytics tool (Heap) and customer segmentation data paths. What You'll Do ? Review key metrics with leaders of various divisions and identify which metrics are currently unavailable in dashboards; modify Tableau dashboards by changing data sources and modifying reports so that key metrics are available ? Maintain user lists and groups with Tableau dashboards so that teams have appropriate access to the right data insights ? Identify product analytics trends in Heap and send out useful charts to Product leaders. Organize segmented data flows in Segment to be sure BI tools have the necessary data ? Provide QA for new data processes (ETL) or new data products we are implementing ? Train analysts in different departments on how to best utilize Tableau What You'll Bring ? 4 years using SQL to pull data from a data warehouse (Snowflake, MySQL, Redshift, etc.) ? 4 years using Tableau to create reports, dashboards, etc. for non-technical users ? 2-3 years experience with web analytics (Heap, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics) ? 4 years of experience working with non-technical stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics requests ?
