As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will lead the Product Frameworks and Examination group, a critical engine that powers our Consumer Products, Gaming, and Distribution (CPGP) division. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and roadmap for the Data Science team, focusing on omni‑channel analytics that bridge physical retail and online commerce.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with analysts, business partners, and product owners to translate business objectives into data‑driven solutions and product specifications.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable data pipelines, leveraging modern cloud platforms and ETL tools to ensure reliable, real‑time data flow.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience developing analytics, statistical, or AI models that solve real business problems, preferably in a retail or consumer‑goods context.
  • Proven ability to lead small, fast‑paced teams in delivering high‑quality data analysis and insight generation.
  • Strong foundation in web analytics and customer segmentation, with a track record of using data to improve online experiences and conversion rates.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data engineering tools.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, time‑series forecasting, and causal inference.
