Our goal is to empower our loan officers with everything they need to succeed. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a supportive, resource-rich environment and is ready to take their production to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Originate residential mortgage loans and guide clients through the loan process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
- Analyze borrower financial and credit data to determine eligibility
- Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies
- Manage pipeline and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Established relationships with real estate agents and referral networks
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
