Stay informed about best practices and trends in community sports development and virtual engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in community program coordination, sports development, or event management. Proven ability to develop and manage programs, preferably with a focus on virtual or remote delivery. Strong understanding of community engagement principles and sports development strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) and project management software. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in marketing and promoting community programs. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Passion for sports and community building.

Benefits
