They are seeking exceptional Service Technicians to perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, while delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with the service department.

Responsibilities

• Channel your technical prowess by performing comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems
• Go the extra mile by installing and upgrading accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines
• Collaborate with our service department, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement for warranty repairs
• Keep tabs on materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job
• Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician
• Expertise in RV construction, systems, and components
• Unparalleled diagnostic and repair abilities for a wide range of RV systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and presence
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and maintenance of a clean workspace
• High credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards
• Ability to excel in written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license clear of suspensions for 3+ years
• Must successfully pass a background and drug screen
• ASE/RVIA certifications
