[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Maximo MAS

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to support infrastructure asset portfolios, ensuring successful execution of projects while reducing operational risks and costs.
Responsibilities
- Apply understanding of asset lifecycle management, capacity planning, and operational dependencies
- Collaborate with IMCS, Capital Delivery, DT Architecture, and DTOperations teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Demonstrate awareness of technology risk, cybersecurity considerations, and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Influence without authority and navigate competing priorities effectively
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent and ten+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo MAS or out of the box EAM initiatives
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
- Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Maximo MAS modules such as Manage, Health, Transportation, Civil, or Mobile
- Experience supporting integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, SCADA, or data platforms
- Experience with rail infrastructure/linear assets
