[Remote] Customer Sales Analyst - Albertson's East
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kraft Heinz is a leading company in the food industry, seeking an insight-driven Customer Sales Analyst for their Albertson's team. The role involves providing business insights and growth recommendations through category research, collaborating with sales teams, and delivering impactful reporting and analysis to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth
- Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals
- Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports
- Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities
- Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives
- Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings
- Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases
- Define and scale best practices across the analyst organization
Skills
- A self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis
- Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and deliver results
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Proven experience owning reporting and providing data driven insights to influence business results
- Prior experience in business analytics with a national retailer or manufacturer is a plus
- Experience with 3rd party data is a plus, including but not limited to IRI and 84.51 (Market 6 & Stratum)
