They are seeking a UX Quality Specialist / Design Ops to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across a large product ecosystem by testing and validating automated UX checks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct iterative testing of automated UX validation tools
  • Analyze and validate detected UX inconsistencies
  • Identify false positives, false negatives, and edge cases
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX quality standards
  • Translate complex UX and design challenges into actionable requirements for engineering teams
  • Support the continuous improvement of automated UX compliance mechanisms
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency

Skills

  • 6+ years of commercial Experience in UX Quality Assurance, Design QA, Product Design, Frontend QA, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with design systems and UX guidelines
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices
  • Experience testing web applications or frontend components
  • Understanding of automated testing and validation approaches
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
