Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter for their Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team. The role involves identifying and attracting top technical talent for cloud computing and infrastructure roles, utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
  • Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
  • Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences

Skills

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
