[Remote] Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping Midnight’s product strategy, defining new features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring them to market.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive Midnight’s long-term product vision and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the most value
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and improved integrations to enhance Midnight’s functionality
- Own the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and oversee Agile development cycles
- Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Drive scalability and performance improvements, ensuring Midnight remains a robust, reliable solution for users
- Conduct user research and industry trend evaluations to refine Midnight’s market position
- Work with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate customer feedback into product improvements
- Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate feature adoption and overall product performance
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and training materials
- Lead internal product demos and executive updates, articulating product progress and key decisions
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a strong product management culture within the organization
Skills
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, ERP, or workflow automation software
- Technical acumen, with an understanding of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations
- Experience leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch
- Proven ability to use data, customer insights, and business strategy to inform product decisions
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Experience in print MIS, ERP, or related workflow automation software
- Leveraging AI as the core of the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with AWS serverless architecture, AI-powered automation, or business intelligence tools
- Strong background in UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and user journey optimization
- MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy is a plus
