The Junior Sales Representative will learn company products and sales processes, conduct client consultations, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Learn company products, systems, and sales processes
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
  • Conduct client consultations via phone and Zoom
  • Explain available coverage options and answer questions
  • Maintain communication between internal teams and clients
  • Document activity and maintain records within CRM systems
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training
  • Maintain licensing and compliance requirements

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client conversations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and complete licensing requirements
  • Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with support)
  • Sales or customer service experience
