The Field Market Development Consultant – ENT Office Portfolio will be pivotal in executing customer engagement strategies within the ENT Office Portfolio, requiring strong project management and business management skills while working closely with strategic customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • This group works closely with both sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market development at the ENT office account level
  • This is a field-based team focused on ENT office growth
  • Independently develop solutions to a broad range of issues at the account level which will require a high degree of cross-functional interactions and leadership capability, with only high level guidance
  • Execute focused customer engagement strategies by customer segment and execute
  • Assist customers with day-to-day operations as needed which can include case coverage and ongoing customer training
  • Execute a customer segmentation strategy and create profiles that resonate with different customers. Create specific plans to deliver segment-specific solutions
  • Engage with field teams across the ENT division to help drive key programs that deliver results
  • Execute sales programs and ensure quarterly execution through POAs to help gain market share and drive penetration of our therapies
  • Execute US launches for all office focused products in ENT portfolio and ensure key metrics for success are met

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • MBA
  • Prior healthcare marketing/sales experience, ideally in Neuromodulation
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization by collaborating across functional boundaries
