[Remote] SOP Analyst (Healthcare)

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented SOP Review & Process Analyst to help refine and standardize operational documentation across healthcare payer workflows. This role focuses on transforming existing SOPs into clear, user-friendly, and compliant process guides by reviewing and auditing approximately 35 SOPs for clarity and usability.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit ~35 SOPs for clarity, completeness, and usability
- Translate documentation into simple, step-by-step instructions
- Identify gaps, missing steps, and areas of confusion
- Ensure alignment with healthcare payer operations and compliance standards
Skills
- 3+ years in process documentation, operations, or SOP review
- Experience within healthcare payer operations
- Familiarity with NCQA and/or CMS compliance standards
