They are seeking a Senior Associate, CPG Ads & Promotions Operations professional to deliver operational solutions and support advertisers, focusing on improving efficiency and troubleshooting platform issues.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advocate for operational requirements during product launches and advertiser onboarding initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Support the successful rollout of new processes and operational programs
- Lead end-to-end resolution of platform-related issues
- Coordinate technical investigations and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of operational and technical challenges
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex campaign and platform issues
- Utilize data analysis, reporting tools, and internal diagnostics to identify root causes
- Recommend solutions that improve advertiser performance and platform reliability
- Identify manual processes and operational bottlenecks
- Develop internal tools, automated workflows, and scalable solutions to improve productivity
- Drive operational efficiencies through process automation and technology enhancements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams and advertiser inquiries
- Provide support for campaign, platform, and operational issues
- Deliver a high level of service to ensure advertiser satisfaction and success
- Support campaign management activities including: Campaign setup, Quality Assurance (QA), Ad content moderation, Operational compliance and execution, Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, advertising operations, campaign management, strategic initiatives, or related functions
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage operational metrics to drive decision-making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- SQL knowledge preferred
