[Remote] Senior Microsoft Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lenora Systems Inc is seeking a Copilot Studio & Power Platform Technical Lead. The role requires extensive experience in software development, particularly with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, focusing on building and integrating solutions.

Responsibilities

• 10 years of overall software development experience, with strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform
• 2-3 years of experience with Copilot Studio (agent development, prompt design, integrations)
• 3+ years of experience in Power Automate, including complex workflow design and error handling
• 3+ years of experience in building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with enterprise-level functionality
• 3+ years of experience in Dataverse (data modeling, security, plugins, business rules)
• 2+ years of experience integrating Power Platform solutions with REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party systems
• 2+ years of experience in governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and environment strategies
• Proficiency in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ability to work directly with onshore stakeholders and lead discussions independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 10+ years of overall software development experience, with strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform
• 2-3 years of experience with Copilot Studio (agent development, prompt design, integrations)
• 3+ years of experience in Power Automate, including complex workflow design and error handling
• 3+ years of experience in building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with enterprise-level functionality
• 3+ years of experience in Dataverse (data modeling, security, plugins, business rules)
