They are seeking a Customer Success Support representative to provide day-to-day support on software chat and email, conduct reviews of the design queue, and troubleshoot client issues while maintaining effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day support on software chat and email
  • Conduct daily reviews of the design queue, ensuring a smooth process
  • Troubleshoot issues while maintaining client communication and collaboration with colleagues

Skills

  • Must be located in MST or PST
  • Able to work 2-6pm PST Mon-Fri
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Participate in day to day Customer Success support initiatives
  • Familiarity with solar design and installation preferred, roofing and construction considered
