[Remote] Customer Success Support
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scanifly is a mission-driven company driving the clean energy transition through cutting edge technologies. They are seeking a Customer Success Support representative to provide day-to-day support on software chat and email, conduct reviews of the design queue, and troubleshoot client issues while maintaining effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Day to day support on software chat and email
- Conduct daily reviews of the design queue, ensuring a smooth process
- Troubleshoot issues while maintaining client communication and collaboration with colleagues
Skills
- Must be located in MST or PST
- Able to work 2-6pm PST Mon-Fri
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in day to day Customer Success support initiatives
- Familiarity with solar design and installation preferred, roofing and construction considered
