[Remote] Sales Development Representative — Healthcare (Remote)

LeadJuice is a marketing agency for medical practices seeking a polished and experienced Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads into qualified sales calls. The role involves managing inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and maintaining a clean CRM while working towards a path to a closer position.
Responsibilities
- Working our inbound leads — especially the ones who didn't book — and turning them into real conversations
- 100+ outbound touches a day (calls + texts), backed by email
- Running 15–30 min discovery calls that surface a practice's real problem and set the sales call
- A spotless CRM (Go High Level): every contact tagged, every lead in the right stage, every message answered fast
- Re-booking no-shows and working stalled leads until they convert
- Sitting in on sales calls to bridge the prospect to our closer and sharpen your own close
Skills
- 2+ years in sales or SDR work — medical device, pharma, healthcare, or SaaS strongly preferred
- Experience selling to or calling on physicians, practice owners, or other decision-makers
- A track record of hitting quota (be ready to share real numbers)
- A polished, professional presence on phone and video — you're comfortable being the face of the brand
- CRM fluency; Go High Level a plus
- Reliable internet, a quiet professional setting, and overlap with U.S. Eastern hours
