[Remote] Senior Product Manager (PST, MT remote)

Oxbow Talent is a fast-growing AI software company seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of its enterprise AI platform. The role involves owning the product roadmap, improving user experience, and driving execution across multiple AI workstreams while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap across the AI platform
- Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable priorities
- Drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and iteration cycles
- Execute hands-on UX/UI and workflow design work
- Create prototypes, product flows, and polished demo experiences
- Improve complex multi-user enterprise workflows
- Partner closely with engineering to reduce ambiguity and improve delivery velocity
- Own backlog structure, sprint planning, and product prioritisation
- Communicate effectively with leadership, technical teams, and customers
Skills
- 5+ years' experience across Product Management, UX/UI Design, or a blended product/design leadership role
- Strong experience working within SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
- Ability to move between strategic product thinking and hands-on design execution
- Experience designing workflow-heavy platforms used by multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating within fast-moving AI environments and emerging technologies
- Strong collaboration skills with technical engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working within high-impact, early-stage or scaling environments
- Experience with design systems or product-led growth
- Exposure to healthcare, fintech, HR tech, or operational SaaS platforms
- Experience building or designing AI-enabled workflows or GenAI products
