[Remote] Program Manager

Skan AI is pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, seeking a visionary Program Manager to lead the delivery of their next-generation PaaS platform for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients. This role involves acting as a strategic bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful program delivery and creating lasting business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead Program Delivery: Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs for BFSI clients, from initial planning to successful launch and operational handover
- Be the Client's Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent, proactive communication and building strong, lasting relationships
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all aspects of the program adhere to strict BFSI regulatory, security, and data protection standards
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Excellence: Guide and align our internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations—to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience
- Manage Performance & Risk: Proactively monitor program health, track key metrics, manage budgets, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Drive Change: Effectively manage and communicate scope changes, assessing impact and securing approvals to maintain program integrity
- Innovate & Improve: Continuously refine our delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Skills
- 7 - 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on delivering technology solutions to BFSI clients
- A deep understanding of SaaS/PaaS delivery models, enterprise systems integration, and the regulatory frameworks governing the BFSI sector
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- A natural problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail
- A Master's degree (MBA or M.S.) or relevant professional certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
